Terms and Conditions
This policy is final and includes all agency bookings.
Bookings:
- All bookings made via this website are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Please note that we do not accept one night bookings for any room type on weekends (Friday and Saturday)
- We will endeavour to provide a confirmation within 24 hours of receiving a booking.
- After confirmation the 1st night's payment will be taken in full. The balance will be payable upon arrival.
- Long-term bookings require at least one week's advance notice.
- Group bookings are chargeable - 50% of the total stay is payable upon confirmation and the balance upon arrival.
- Money paid upon confirmation is final and non-refundable subject to cancellation policy below.
- Early/ Late check-in by prior arrangement only.
Cancellation:
- Any changes to a confirmed booking will be subject to an administration fee of £15 and subject to availability.
- If you cancel with 48 hours notice or if you do not show, we will charge you the first night’s stay in full.
- Changes to original bookings can only be made subject to availability with no administration fee.
